Help, Help,Help! I love fried rice very much but haven't actually cooked it before. Went to a friend's house recently and ate it, enjoyed it so much so did hubby. he kept talking about how nice the food was and "come to think of it, we haven't actually made fried rice at home". (His exact words) Now i feel like making it at home, and fast too!

A good reason to patronize TFC, Tantalizers etc. everything mustn't be cooked in the house.

How I cook mine is dat I perboil d rice,den cook Ȋ̝̊̅† till its done in d meat sauce ie water from d cooked meat wit currry added to Ȋ̝̊̅† .den I fry my sauce seperately ie carrot,green pepper,sweetcorn,peas etc den wen its ready I mix d rice n d sauce n cook for few minutes.
